[Use your viewer CD and go by the number under each image. Print clearly or type out the list of what you want to order. Any of the images can be zoomed in closer or "cropped" just note on your order if you want something special. Also note if you want it printed in Black and White or Sepia. Mail your order to Beach Photography 116 E. Main Street Blanchester, OH 45107. YOU CANNOT EMAIL your order, it must be mailed. If you have ordered any additional photographs, include payment with sales tax along with your order.] Include a filled out order form along with your order.
[It is rare, but on occasion it does happen where you get an error message
that the CD in corrupt or has reached it's scheduled shut off date. If
this happens, don't be alarmed, there is no shut off date, something has just
happened that for some reason has screwed up the registry files. On the viewer
CD there is a program installed that will fix this problem. Do fix it do
the following: Put the viewer CD in your computer. Do NOT re-install
it when it starts it's auto install, just X out of it but keep the CD in the
drive. Go to Start then to My Computer then double click on Drive C: then
double click on Program Files then double click on Performer Software folder and
locate the Clean Up file as shown below. Make sure Presentation Viewer is
checked and Clear Registry is checked and then click on Clear. This should fix
your problem. If it does not, then and only then choose delete program
files and click on clear and then reinstall the program.

[Usually orders for enlargements are ready in about 3-8 weeks from the time we receive your order. This time varies depending upon the time of year it is and the work load at the lab. If you have ordered a storybook album, once a proof of that storybook album is ready to be viewed online (Under view photos online) you will be notified. Once you go online and give your OK for everything it takes about two to three weeks to receive your finished album if it is a storybook album. If it is a Coffee Table album, those take around 6 to 10 weeks to get back from the binders, simply due to the fact that it is a more involved binding process]
[There are a variety of colors available, see swatches. Engraving can be done in gold, silver or black. Gilding on page edges can be black, silver or gold.] You can print swatches and circle choice if you would like and mail in with order. Storybook albums are only available in black.
[Click here for order form to print out and mail back in] Family members can order separately from the bride and groom and we can ship their orders directly to them. Just have them please indicate brides maiden name on their order form and wedding date.
[If you would like to do an engagement session, call 513-519-0838 to schedule a session. Packages start at $29.00. Engagement sessions are done on Tuesday and Thursdays in our Covington location and Monday and Wednesday in our Bethel location and Monday through Thursday in our Blanchester Studio. ] We are closed on Sunday and have weddings on Saturdays.
Right now we are currently only putting wedding albums to view for approval before printing and engagement photo sessions online. This is due in part to the huge amount of space needed to put up all weddings, plus we are in the process of switching hosting companies for viewing. We are very exciting about the new posting of weddings that will come in the near future. It will have many new options that are current posting company does not have. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you in the mean time. Your viewable CD is copyable if you want to copy it and send it to out of town family, please do so.
Part of my order has arrived, when will the rest arrive?
Your order will sometimes arrive in more than one package. Enlargements will ship separate than albums. Also if you are getting a package that has enlargements and a storybook album or coffee table album, we will not hold up your enlargements while waiting for your album to come in. Instead they will ship separate.
Credit Card Payments. Can I make a payment?
You can make a payment towards your account for your eight week payment and your three week payment. Simply fill out a credit card payment form and mail it to the address on the form. Credit card payments CANNOT be made over the phone.
Can I purchase more photographs? How much are additional albums and parent albums?
Yes you can. Just go by the individual price list for more photographs. Or the add on item price list.
Can I purchase the High Rez DVD now?
Yes you can purchase that at any time. The cost is $500.00. For that you would receive a DVD of all of the images that are on your viewer CD, as you see them. Any special effects that have been done and are on your viewer CD would also be included on this DVD. The images are in jpg. format for use with PC. You can print them, you have full rights to them. Use payment form to send in your order, or order with the rest of your order. These images will be on a DVD and not on a CD, as the number of images will be too many to fit on CD.
What is included with my package?
To see exactly what is included with your package, look at your contract. All items included are listed on your contract. The packages that are currently on our website may have became available after you booked. You are eligible for any of the packages on your contract as well as any on our website. If you do not have a copy anymore and need a copy, you may request one. Request a copy of contract.
